The Three Horse Shoes
Inn and Restaurant at Horton
is a privately owned old oak beamed English Free house steeped in
history with its origins dating back to 1760!
all with the warm and
friendly atmosphere of a traditional pub.
The Inn has gained
several awards for "Good Food" and "Best Cellar" over the years
and we are proud to be
featured in
The Good Beer Guides.
Manager Ian Trinder
F.M.B.I.I
keeps an excellent cellar of real ales and
wines
with approximately 20 different
cask ales per week as well as the
regular Abbot and Tetley to mention a couple.
Why not come and enjoy
a meal specially prepared by our head chef Simon Short and his
highly qualified team in the 5 Star graded kitchens. Using only the freshest
produce delivered to
our door daily we produce a varied cuisine which includes
selective a la carte dishes and mainly traditional British food.
Simon has gained an enviable reputation for his food.
We have a large dining area including a
conservatory. Families and children are catered for
with a enclosed beer garden with swings,
slides, climbing frames
and our famous Tree house.
We have ample free car
parking, fully heated smoking area
plus a dedicated area for our function marquee which caters for
weddings, birthdays, corporate events and any other parties.
The owner Patricia Cavner is delighted that the pub is holding its own despite the recession and puts its continuing popularity down to friendly professional staff.
